She also serves as a contributor with ABC News and co-hosts the Supreme Court podcast "Strict Scrutiny." Shaw received her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. and Order of the Coif from Northwestern University, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern University Law Review.
